This album is Phillip's first release. The album was recorded in the fall and winter of 2005. Most of the songs from this album were written in the 4 previous years. The last recording date was the day before new years eve 2005. A few months later, Phillip began pre-training before leaving in early June 2006 for his tour of duty in Afghanistan and the Persian Gulf.
